By submitting your application, together with the appropriate payment, I agree to my child taking part in GXCC activities and adhering to GXCC/ECB Codes of Conduct as shown on www.gxcc.co.uk. I understand I will be kept informed of activities at GXCC and, in the event of injury or illness all reasonable steps will be taken to contact me, and to deal with that injury/illness appropriately.
